Complimentary pick up or drop off services is limited to radius 10KM from KLCC. Any pick up or drop off distances exceeding the limit will be charged at RM1.50/km.
Midnight surcharge per day: MYR100 (Sedan); MYR120 (SUV/MPV); MYR140 (Hyundai/Van); MYR250 (Luxury MPV), applicable for transfers between 23:00-7:00.
Overnight in other provinces, the driver’s accommodation fee of MYR100/room/night will be charged.
All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver.

Only bottled water is allowed on the vehicle. Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Wheelchairs, baby stroller, Skis, surfboards, and golf bags can only be accommodated in larger vehicles.
According to Malaysia law, all children aged 0-2 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children.
